People often come to me because they've reached a point where they know something needs to change.
They may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in old habits, lacking confidence, or frustrated that they know what they should do but just can't seem to do it consistently.
If that sounds familiar, you're certainly not alone.
The good news is that lasting change doesn't come from trying harder. It comes from changing the patterns that drive your thoughts, emotions and behaviours.
That's where clinical hypnotherapy can help.

What Is Clinical Hypnotherapy?
Clinical hypnotherapy is a gentle, evidence-informed approach that helps you access the unconscious mind, where many of your automatic habits, beliefs and emotional responses are stored.
Despite what television might have you believe, hypnosis isn't about losing control or being "put under."
In fact, you're aware throughout the session. Most clients describe it as feeling deeply relaxed, calm and focused, similar to becoming absorbed in a good book or daydream.
It's simply a state where positive change becomes easier.
How I Work
Every client is different, so there is no one-size-fits-all approach.
Before we begin any hypnosis, I'll spend time getting to know you, understanding what has brought you here and, more importantly, where you want to be.
Together we'll identify the patterns that have been keeping you stuck and create a treatment plan that's tailored to your goals.
During hypnosis, I guide you into a deeply relaxed state where we can begin working with the unconscious mind. Depending on your needs, we may use evidence-based hypnotherapy techniques, coaching, NLP or symbolic approaches to help create meaningful and lasting change.
My role isn't to "fix" you.
It's to help you reconnect with the strengths and resources you already have.
What Can Hypnotherapy Help With?
Clients seek hypnotherapy for many different reasons, including:
Anxiety and stress
Emotional eating and weight management
Confidence and self-esteem
Unhelpful habits
Sleep difficulties
Motivation and performance
Life transitions
Building healthier relationships with themselves and others
Often, these issues have deeper patterns beneath them. Rather than simply managing symptoms, I work with clients to understand and change those underlying patterns.
Why Clients Choose Hypnotherapy
One of the things I love most about hypnotherapy is that change often feels natural.
Instead of relying on willpower alone, clients frequently notice that healthier choices begin to feel easier.
Many people tell me they feel:
Calmer in situations that once overwhelmed them
More confident making decisions
Less controlled by old habits
Better able to manage stress
More like themselves again
While everyone's journey is different, my aim is always the same: to help you create changes that last.
A Partnership for Change
Successful hypnotherapy isn't something that's done to you.
It's something we create together.
My job is to provide a safe, supportive environment where meaningful change can happen. Your role is simply to arrive with curiosity and a willingness to engage in the process.
The most rewarding part of my work is watching clients discover they are far more capable than they ever believed.
Is Hypnotherapy Right for You?
If you've been thinking about making a change but feel stuck repeating the same patterns, hypnotherapy could be the missing piece.
Whether you're looking to reduce anxiety, build confidence, improve your relationship with food or simply feel more in control of your life, I'd love to help.
Together, we'll work to create lasting change that feels natural, sustainable and uniquely yours.
Ready to Take the First Step?
I offer a free discovery call where we can talk about what's been happening, what you'd like to achieve, and whether my approach is the right fit for you.
Sometimes one conversation is all it takes to realise that change really is possible.
