Meet Sandra Cleere

Before moving into hypnotherapy, I spent many years working in a structured, high-pressure environment where being reliable, focused, and “on top of things” was expected every day. I understand what it’s like to carry a lot, and how easy it is for stress and patterns to build quietly in the background.

That’s what led me to this work.

What I care about most is that you feel genuinely listened to. Not rushed. Not judged. Just understood.

 

My approach is calm, gentle, and practical. We work together in a way that helps your mind shift naturally, without force or pressure, so change feels easier and more sustainable.

Because this isn’t just about changing a habit.

It’s about helping you feel more like yourself again.
